    I’d like and I like the same menu on http://cstrike.ro, at the top with CS Website – CS Forum – CS blog … Please much, I do not want to copy it, I want to change it.

    Well, you can view the source file of the link you just gave and find out how they did it. OR you could google for sliding doors, because it think that is what the technique is called.
