Need help with this content slider IE6 issue

  • # August 2, 2009 at 12:23 am

Hi guys, not sure though if I should put it here but I guess this is yet another IE6 issue.

I have created a content slider here courtesy of Chris’ content slider & wordpress tut: Everything is OK in other browsers (of course) but IE6 isn’t cooperating. Please enlighten on what to do. What’s the culprit, or what to add in my CSS/JS in order to make this right?

This reply has been reported for inappropriate content.

    As always, validate:

You have multiple instances of <div id="slide">, id’s can only be used once per page.

Well, the ID’s are fixed, not the culprit though. I looked at the tutorial once again and browsed it under IE6, it seems that it has problems too.

That’s bad. I guess I have to go look for other options. You could check Chris’ example here which I used: You’ll see that in IE6 it has some issues.

Thanks dude for the reply :)
