Need help with Fixed Floating Elements.

Hello. I need some help in making a widget in my wordpress blog which i want to make as fixed floating.

My blog: http://demosite4u.co.tv/ (Just a temp demo blog)

I thought using this:

but i cant figure it out. Setting position of sidebar as absolute (as given in the tut) makes my sidebar float left.

Also tried this: http://www.webresourcesdepot.com/smart-floating-banners

but still cant get to work properly. Can anybody help me please? :)

ah sorry. added the Js, removed it by mistake.

I am using WordPress. And i fixed that CSS flaw (prev had placed

in a php loop, moved it out of it)

Ohk. now using the 1st method.
And the errors on validating, they are showing in codes which I’ve been provided by Google’s services such as Feedburner etc
