Ever since I started using google anylitics google puts .bak after my links and it kills all of them all even when I took google off my website it still does it can anybody help me with this.

Doubt it has anything to do with Google….Post a link to your site?
Google does not screw with your links – that’s their business. Maybe an errant piece of Javascript (append) somewhere…
need to correct validation errors.
If you have a script that is auto-generating the navigation, I would start by looking there.
after completing @whiteinkdesign’s valid suggestion, try to change your links back and see if the problem persists
