    Hello CSS-Tricks group!

    I am looking to build a very interactive site for education. The idea doesn’t exist as far as I know and combines video, an earnings and rewards system and a 1 to 1 relationship that is lacking in online education.

    I would like to know what type of person am I looking for: an engineer, a programer, or will any computer science major work? Also, is there a site I can go to for hired work?

    Ultimately I hope that this person becomes a business partner that starts an amazing journey with myself and my other business partner.

    Any help or direction would be awesome!

    Definitely going to need a programmer to deal with all of the backend. There are a couple of pretty good job boards out there (though, of course, the names of which have currently vanished from my brain).
