My boss has asked me to model our new website design after http://www.planardigitalsignage.com/

The functionality at the top, I’m assuming that it is CSS3, am I incorrect in that? Also, if it is CSS3, could anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial of sorts to accomplish this sort of functionality?

And finally, any ideas as to what they’re using for this overall site? Drupal? It works like a CMS but I don’t recognize it.

    Thanks very much!

That website is built using the Business Catalyst platform: http://businesscatalyst.com/

The slider is built in Flash (just right click on it) but could be replicated using CSS and JS, but would take a little bit of work.

    Fixed that for you. ;)

But on a serious note, like everyone has said previous it’s a mix of JS and Flash. It could be accomplished with CSS3 and using parallax as well as quite a bit of jQuery thrown in here and there. If you end up doing it this way it will definitely take you quite a few man hours to accomplish, but when you do you should post back with what you’ve produced as it’s something I’m sure many people would enjoy seeing. Good luck in your endeavors.
