Navigation Not working in IE.

  • # March 17, 2010 at 10:58 am

    Hey Everyone,

I know this is a common problem but for the life of me I can’t figure out what is going on with my coding today. I have a site where the nav is working in Firefox but in IE the css is not recognized. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I don’t have IE to check the problem, but what do you mean when you say the CSS is not recognised?

I am however, seeing a Javascript error, which may be a problem. Its on line 5 of menu.js

You are not targeting ul#navlist and ul#navlist li. You are targeting #navigation ul which is not the same thing. To simplify if you are using ul id="navlist" you do not need the containing div id="navigation", you can style all within the ul id.

Thanks everyone! I’ll check into the javascript error… Not sure what it is maybe I just have to re-do that navigation over.
