    This has been going on since I bought my mid 2012 MacBook hooked up to an Asus external monitor.

    Whenever the computer goes to sleep (maybe not every time) and I wake it up there’s no sound in Chrome. If I restart the browser sound is back.

    It’s consistently happened for a while and the Mavericks update hasn’t solved it either.

    Anyone else having this issue?
