    when i registering my sidebar , i cant grab widgets to the sidebar at WP admin panel …

    why …???

    look at this picture …the image

    i cant grab from the available widgets –> to sidebar , and vice versa ..
    also arrow cant open or sliding to down ..

    also , when register sidebar(s), is it necessary to hooked it with

    add_action( 'widgets_init', '....' );
