My title won't let my navigation bar in!

So basically my title container is being a big meanie. The navigation bar doesn’t go all the way to the top because the title containers width isn’t set correctly (that’s what I’m guessing at least!) By the way, I’ve just started using CSS very recently.

Anyways I need help! Any answers would be helpful, thanks!

If so, I moved the navigation div to be first, before the body container. added Float:left to its css
