My media queries nor stylesheet are working

Hi, i am making a website for a local skate shop, at the moment i am trying to make the site responsive, but the media queries are not doing anything, i also decided to check it out so far on mobile and there is no stylesheet, can anyone help please?

Hi;
It looks as if you’re still working on this site and there’s plenty of potential to put in.
My one immediate thought is to rethink the splash graphic. It’s very large and takes time to download.
Maybe a smaller image that the user can click on or even a dynamically sized one.
