It is a really good first shot at webdesign :-)
A few little things though:
1) The LightBox creates both vertical and horizontal scrollbars even though they are not there before you open it – in your gallery page.
2) I feel that the placement of the flowing menu is a little disturbing when you scroll down the page. It overlaps some of the content. I might just be me, but I find it rather annoying. You could make it grow downwards (vertical) instead of horizontal and place it along the left border of your content area?
3) You should put some kind of page title or logo in your big graphic header.
