    Hey Guys,

I need a solution for the scroll-bar on my website. I have full-screen divs which can be swiped horizontal to change displays. However the scroll-bars show up on the right whenever the content is to long so when you swipe they cross over the screen. Not what I want. My wish is that they keep fixed on the right and the scroll-bar thumb adjusts to the content. Anyone might have a simple way to get this done?

My idea would be to temporarily set overflow to hidden with jQuery when the swipe is initiated, then show it again (overflow: auto) upon release. It seems easier than a CSS approach – making both elements full width so the overflow (scrollbar) ends upon the far right. That’ll most likely provoke more problems to solve.

Your solution is indeed a simple one. I might for it. I’ll do something fancier later on :)
