    I am using the Port theme and have discovered it has no options for muting videos, which means autoplay is useless on almost all browsers. Can anyone tell me if there is a CSS code I can add to the site that will enable muting, so that browsers will allow autoplay.

    Not in CSS…. that sounds like a Javascript function.
