can anybody enlighten me about this mobile-first..how is it done? pros, cons???
What’s the difference from the designing for desktop down to mobile using media queries, isn’t it just the same?

I have heard such reasons as scaling up is better and also so there is no real content difference between the different viewing sources. Some people complain “mobile” sites have little or less content, so if you design and build your full site adaptive or for mobile/smaller viewed screens and then scale up you will still contain all the same content, just arranged differently?

“Mobile First” is a concept created by Luke Wroblewski. Since no one will explain you the concept better than himself, here you have the original post and the book!
