[Solved] Media query not working on safari 1.6

Hello Guys

Media query not working in this responsive template for safari browser
i checked it css and html but still not working, it looks good in android and other browsers
but not safari .
used @media( max-width: ..){}

why safari not taking it ?
while other row example working
The following link not working safari 1.6
http://184.168.160.3/htmltesting/row/ { working}
http://184.168.160.3/htmltesting/health/login.html { not working}

If any body know the solution please help me

Can’t replicate this, but you have this error in the HTML-markup: center element is obsolete
