    Help please!

    I am building my website ( not a pro) and was wondering if there was a simple way to mash these two custom tumblr themes

    http://portfolios.tumblr.com/

    I just want the header and navigation bar from the Vision theme and everything else from the other theme. I just cannot find the specific codes.

    Any help would be helpful!
