    Hello all,

I have about 70 websites that clients want me to build for them – and I think that is pretty good going… for me. But the problem that I have is this:
All my clients are always so busy with their core business that it takes them forever to send me the information that they want on their sites.

Can anyone give me advice or guidance on how I can overcome this problem and possibly light fires (preferably huge ones) under these people?

    Looking forward to your ideas!

    I really hate this problem.

As a solution though, i just email them as reminders and say something like "making a website can increase your profits alot you know"

Alternatively , do a simple mock-up of the basics of their site and they’ll be amazed, and inspired. I don’t know why but this works about 85% of the time. :)

Good Luck, hope they find the time somewhere!
