It seems that every client I work with, projects take longer than they should. I’m wondering what is your project workflow, tips for making deadlines, and tools that you use.
I use BaseCamp to manage my projects. It seems like I meet with the client, can usually get web designs and revisions knocked out in a week. Then usually another week to code it up, which is great. But at that point where it’s tweaking content and minor bugs it seems like I’m constantly waiting on my client and the projects that should be done in 2-3 weeks take a month or two.
Any tricks of the trade you guys use to keep projects moving?
