Looking for Some CSS Advise for Laying out 3 Images & 1 Section of Text

I am looking to add 2 images, 1 section of text & a 3rd image horizontally on a webpage. I have started laying things out, but am unsure if I am doing it properly. I am new to this forum and am unsure as to the “right way” to ask for help… “Help!”?

If the content is conected to eachother i would prefer the first approach (more semantic) otherwise the second approach will work as well.

Thanks Vermass. I’ll try this tomorrow. I never thought of setting things up as a list. I had just put in the HTML and added floats and padding. But after 3 elements things got messy. It appears that this technique could employ multiple horizontal elements. Sweet!
