Looking for an old download

A while ago there was a basic css template type thing available for download from this site. It was just a basic index.html file, style.css, and image folder. I downloaded it a while back and have been using it as a base template of sorts for sites I make, and would like the same thing at work. I’m not finding it anywhere, but was hoping someone remembers what I’m referring to and has a link?
