Looking for a CSS/HTML Intermediary to do a small & easy project

Hello Guys,

I’m looking for an intermediary person to do some easy html/css job for me.

You shouldn’t be very experienced and have a big portfolio. The only thing i ask, the job i require to be done as i want

Project Details:

I require a “subscribe form” to be build, in order to place it in my blog sidebar (powered by wordpress).

I’d like it to have a nice & simple interface with the ability to be placed in a wordpress blog (as stated above).

Some examples i’d like my form to be like:

http://mashable.com/ (at the top sidebar)
http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/ (also at the top of sidebar).

Note: This should be a small and easy project (if you know what you’re doing).
