Easiest way to solve it if your income really depends on that theme (doubt it) is leave the attribution in place (some one else put a lot effort in creating that theme and only wants attribution in return, play it fair) until you made enough money to get something better.# May 5, 2013 at 7:27 am
yeah CrocoDillon I know this and i’m playing fair bcs i’m trying to get a badge for the author attribution instead of the two links would look better because the links is taking a tall place and the visitor of the should always drag the page to the right to see the whole website that’s the problem if i don’t find a way to change it I’ll change the whole theme can you suggest me some free themes without any EULA rights if you don’t mind thanks for the answer crocodillon

> i’m trying to get a badge for the author attribution instead of the two links would look better…
You should try contacting the author directly to see if you can change how you credit him – we can’t do that. My suggestion is still to dump it and use another theme that better suits your needs.# May 5, 2013 at 2:47 pm
@lifeiwonder If the author of the theme wanted you to be able to change the credits, he would have made it much simpler. The easiest and proper way to edit that content is to contact this person and explain what you’re trying to do. However, I don’t think a “badge”, which would create a focus point, would be the best option. Can we see the theme you are referring to?
@Pauly_D Thanks for taking care of the former discussion.# May 6, 2013 at 4:09 am
And in any case it wasn’t “Solved”, that just a shorthand way of saying “We’re done here!”.
“Closed” is a way of saying (for those of us with the ability) “Look, enough of this, we don’t want this discussion going any further”.
It’s not something I, or the others I am sure, do lightly, but assisting others to, in effect, steal someone else’s work seems like a perfect case for it.# May 6, 2013 at 12:58 pm
No Problem @paulie_d But You know Something No body Was born knowing everything We all Learn And Everyone You Will Ever Met Knows Something You don’t (; And Please don’t Say We’re Not Going Say I’m Not Going And by the Way
