I’ve been doing web design and development for a while now, but am not very experienced with logo design. Below are the links to two logo mockups for my work site. Which do you like best, or should I go a different route? All feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks!
I like the look of the first one best. I thought it was "BS Designs."
After looking at the first one, the second one looks a little awkward.
I would recommend having "DESIGN" Justify so the right side of the word lines up with the right side of the logo.
I like the over all feel of it and the direction you’re taking it. I would give it a couple more tires.
If I were forced into picking one, it would be the first one.
Having said that, I think it still needs a bit of work. The "D" isn’t too readable, you might want to use a different font, or create your own "D".
Thanks for the feedback. I’m getting started with some changes now…
 @ BS Designs
I agree with the above but I would also possible try another lettering for the S rather than cursive.
I would also try and seperating the lettering…sometimes simplicity reigns. Well, usually it does.
Hi,
I liked the first one, try a softer color, maybe black is too much, why not #999999? it´s up to you.
Looks nice, keep working.
