    Hi guys,
I’ve just discovered a strange behavior in Opera (11.50). It breaks the line before <mark>-tags, just like <br />. I checked the DOM and applied styles in Dragonfly: The element is set to display:inline and there are no other styles (nor scripts) that could cause this effect, as far as I can see. Didn’t find anything about this.

Here is an example: http://www.belleslettres.eu/artikel/mark.php . The word ‘mark’ is set in <mark>-tags in the text.

If someone has heard about it, thanks for help.

    Runa

It’s about Opera, not Chrome 12, Firefox 5, Safari 5 or IE 9

    Hello,

Before mark you have a ‘p’ that is a block element

I see, lets close this thread. I’ll try to contact Opera. Thanks.
