Legal Issue with Mail Chimp

Hi, I’m creating a mailing list on mail chimp and they want me to include my address at the bottom of each mail for legal reasons but it seems to imply that this is only the case for emails that are trying to sell a product or service. My Emails will just be giving updates on my free to use site. Do i still need my address in the mail?

This is entirely up to MailChimp. If they want you to include your address then it’s entirely their right to insist you do.
This will be in their terms and conditions which you must agree to before you can use their service. If you have a problem with them your best course of action would be to contact MailChimp directly and ask them for clarification on the issue.
