Kind of a hard one

I am trying to hardcode this plugin

directly into my theme rather than having it in there as a plugin. What I have done so far is include the shortcodes-ultimate.php file in my functions.php file. The shortcodes and the place for the button shows up but the image is missing and most of the plugin doesn’t work. There is a function called su_plugin_url and I have been messing with that thinking that it needs to be changes in order for the entire plugin to work but I can’t figure it out. Does anyone want to give it a shot?

Yes, it will work fine as a plugin but I want to hard code it for a specific reason.
