Hello everyone,
I’m a novice at this and I’m teaching myself, so please forgive my lack of expertise.
I’m hoping to get some help with creating this look:

I’m thinking it should be able to work as an unordered list with that red line dividing each item as a background image on the
. One snag I’ve run into is that most of the time the red line needs to be to the right of the list item (ex: lines 4, 5, 6) but sometimes it has to be to the left of the list item (line 2 ). The items in the list are not links. I’d like to have each item be
because I think this will help make each of the items more searchable as key words in search engines (am I on the right track there?). Also, I’m trying to maintain the left and right justification.

Any suggestions for how to approach this? Am I on the right track? What I’ve tried so far is not even close.

Thank you,
Denise
