Meet http://snipplr.com/. I just found it.
This is a very cool site especially if your new to coding, or not!
It’s a repository where users share and store frequently used code snippets.
There’s even WordPress and Textmate plugins.
One for Coda would be cool to integrate with Clips.

Check it out. There’s pretty much every code language and lots of CSS. Theres some interesting stuff on it.

Looks interesting – I like the idea of that TextMate bundle.
