Job + salary in UK

Generous salary package, bonus. £30-45k



£30k = £2500 / month

£45k = £3750 / month

my question is guys:
in UK you say salary for whole year when discussing jobs I guess (we do per month)
so what is average salary for web developer in UK ?

so I guess that such a salary might be appropriate starting at £30k

not sure about startups
2nd time some one wanted to hire me

I know what you mean, I personally wouldn’t work for a startup unless it was freelance as well as my own full time job

for me it is moving from another country actually
if I am gonna do a full time job need some sort of “stable” company

well I worked for IBM, customer ABB
now I am working for company whose customer is Microsoft

so that might be the reason they contacted me :]
