I am having trouble with javascript. It seems as if it is the norm to put js files in the footer now. I understand the logic but I am having this issue where the exact same code fails in the footer but works just fine in the header. Is there a trick to getting it to work in the footer? I paste it just before the closing body tag and it fails, paste it in the header and it works fine.

Can you show us HTML source code?

There’s likely some conflicts occurring. You’ll definitely need to give us a live example!

Thanks for the responses guys. I think I have come to the conclusion that I was making a mistake first and second that the plugins don’t work with the latest version of jquery. When I used an older version, things worked
