    I’ve set up a jsfiddle with an example of this issue.

    If you mouse over the :after pseudo element, in browsers that support them; IE9, FF, Safari, Opera, it will trigger the tooltip. In Chrome though, only mousing over the text triggers the tooltip, not the after pseudo element. Im guessing this is a bug in Chrome, I’m curious if anyone has a fix for this while maintaining use of :after.
