I know, I hate tables too and never use them any more these days. However, I needed to create some css popups on a circular image & couldn’t think of (i.e. don’t quite have the css-fu) to come up with better way to do it than this:

However, I’m a bit stumped as to why my four rows have 9px of bottom padding. The page works fine locally, but as soon as I paste the code into my wordpress page, I get that. As you can see when you inspect the code, I’ve tried manually setting the height of the rows and setting the padding to 0px !important, but with no luck.
I’m a little bit stumped, and was hoping someone here might be able to see what’s going on there. Thanking you in advance.
