    it is.

    i’ve used it as a starting point many times and havnt had any regrets. to get the most out of it you should definitely watch the videos at the bottom of the HTML5BP homepage: http://html5boilerplate.com/#videos

    lately ive been starting projects with the responsive flavor of Initializr, which is based on HTML5BP, and forces me to think in terms of “mobile first”.
