Alternatively, you can use Wine from http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX which allows you to natively run Windows applications on your Mac, although I have never really got this working!

I was able to get IE6 going for a little while, but it was just too much a pain in the ass.

My recommendation would be to buy a little netbook for a couple hundred bucks and use that to test on Windows.

There are also things like Browsershots and Adobe’s new BrowserLab.

I would recommend you just buy a cheap version of 7. The netbook idea is great, but you already have a Windows capable computer with a great screen and all the hardware. Pair that with something like VirtualBox, which is free, you can view your sites in Windows alongside development.

The best way to use programs designed for Windows is to use Windows.
