Images Being Stretched By Responsive Design Fix

Greetings,

I am working on this site http://www.mypixelpro.com/shop/ its uses a responsive design and the woocommerce plugin is stretching the theme I accessed the css and the width is set at 100% for the element

I got this suggestion from a friend:

“You probably want to create more specific custom style rules either in your theme’s style.css or custom.css file. This way when you upgrade the plugin you won’t have any issues with the style going away.”

Question:
how do create a permanent fix for this issue
