I have seen many examples on this website and around the web showing how to make a sidebar follow down the page as the user scrolls. I am wondering instead how to have the sidebar (or in my case, an image) that will follow the browser scroll bar down the page. Specifically I want to have an arrow that points to the scrollbar as the user moves down the page. Thanks for any advice/help you can provide.
