First post! On this site http://gearysbakeries.co.uk/, I have an issue with background images on mobile only. Essentially the image appears to jump in size when you scroll on a mobile. This video hopefully shows the error better than I can describe it.

Currently these sections have background images as I wanted the image to cover the section on all screens. The background is on the section because the CMS I am using, Perch Runway, the templates have Perch regions in the HTML to allow the user to change content. Hence putting the background image in css would result in the client never being able to change this image.
This may not be the best way of achieving this, happy to take advice. Can I please ask for advice on either a better way to achieve the same result, or help fixed the jumping image issue.
