I love the site and what Chris is doing here, A BiG thanks for over here in the UK.
Was so inspired by the video #62 so I thought I would us it.
But I’m missing something tho. The demo page was most awesomely update, to the one used in the video, maybe putting it out of my deepth I don’t know.
Anyway I’ve made some changes to work within the page layout, all I was looking for was a simple feedback/request.

The problem I’m haven is I can’t get the page to send the info!, when I compair the site to the demo page I can’t see what I’m missing ! (http://css-tricks.com/examples/WebsiteChangeRequestForm/)
Any help or tips, I’d be so thank full
