Using IE7, it is possible to call a style sheet for a particular site by using the one CSS file available through IE’s Accessibility options to run a JS snippet to inject a site-specific CSS. This is no longer possible since IE9 doesn’t support CSS expressions.

The sites I visit most are not equally readable; for example, TechNet forums use a tiny font-size which is barely legible. [If anyone can unravel the CSS that causes the text to be rendered at 85% of 84% of 1em on that page, I’d be interested.]

Does anyone know of a way of achieving this?
