In firefox my dropdown menu renders the spacing fine on my links but in IE7 only the padding or height seems to be doubled or something creating extra space. This problem causes the links to push past the height of the mega dropdown so people can’t click on them.

I’m sure plenty of people have had this happen to them before but I can’t figure it out. The vertical spacing on the links works fine in all modern browsers except IE7 where it has more vertical spacing. Any ideas?

      Thanks

Could sound like the problem with w3c box-model and the way the old IE (quirks mode) calculates width/height.
Try to google for quirks mode height problems, and you will find a lot of possible solutions.
