Hi everyone, I am pulling my hair out trying to find why IE7 won’t display my menu properly. I have tried the usual browser fixes/hacks and added support for html5 elements using both html5shiv and modernizr – made no difference.
http://www.fcfcorp.ca/wp – menu shows as vertical not inline
http://www.fcfcorp.ca/wp/services/estate-planning/ – menu doesn’t show up at all
Can anyone end my suffering? Of course my client uses IE7…sigh
You probably want display:inline-block
anyway but..then it’s not supported by IE7
So…

great that worked Wolfcry911 – thanks!
Ok that worked wolfcry911 – thanks! I have other fish to fry now since I can’t get the black box on the home page to float right and in IE8 its cut off a bit too. I checked all the width and everything has a width property.
There is also an issue here: http://www.fcfcorp.ca/wp/products/annuities/ where its not using the full width of the outer container properly in IE7/8.
