IE 7 and 8 and my right nav

Hello every one. I am working on a website that is loaded it with scripts, and css tricks, and more (my boss wants the works). And so far I have managed to keep it valid (uff). But the nav on the right hand side shows perfect in IE8, firefox and safari. But in IE7, the nav goes down a nutch. Can any one give me an eye to look it up? Perhaps you have had this problem before? I’ve got your site open in FF 3.5 and IE7, and can’t see any difference. =/

If you’re still having trouble, try assigning a "line-height" to your navigation element.
