    hi,

    some time ago I decided not to be a “copy paste monkey” regarding jQuery, not knowing JavaScript
    started learning from scratch

    reading
    JavaScript: The Definitive Guide + JavaScript: The Good Parts

    and following paid online screencasts

    but as a beginner I would like to see errors inline while writing code
    any editor you guys would recommend?

    I know it is better to write “from head + by hand”
    but for first to weeks I would like to see some feedback when something is wrong

    so far http://netbeans.org/features/javascript/
    worked for me the best
