    i have done doing the header part and the content part but i am unable to do the last but second div where it has 4 columns . all the 4 have images with text clickable under this der is a footer which i can do it

    What that means is show us what what have you tried so far?

    Make a Codepen demo and explain what specific issue you are having trouble with.

    …and what specific issue are you trying to solve?

    If there’s a concept you don’t quite get or a property you need adjusting that’s fine….but getting random people to, effectively, finish your homework is a bit of a no-no.
