I need to define a "fly zone"

I have a satellite that goes all the way up and down this page. http://aaronheine.com/

I would like to control the area that this satellite floats. Like just below the iPhone and above the "my snaps."

Kind of like the ads on the right here don’t go all the way to the top of the page.

The adds dont go all the way to the top because the position of the menu is absolute and its starting point is given from the top. The javascript will then add and take away from that starting value, giving the appearance that it stops at the top of the page.
