    Hi, all

I am reading about the subject in this article https://css-tricks.com/using-the-html5-history-api/ and most of the resources on the web and one thing I cannot understand is what happens with JS disabled. In that article it says that it should work without JS too but if I disable it in my browser I get a 404 like with most of the examples there. The only way I can see it working without JS is having a copy of the html page available which does not make sense. I read in SO about server side configuration but cannot find anything. Any ideas, hints?
    Thanks
