    Hi Folks,

Not really sure if anyone here might be able to help me with this problem, but I figure i can try and hopefully someone knows something about it.

I am trying to use SSI and it just doesn’t seem to work i’ve been told that if an error occurs it should just print[an error has occurred while processing this directive] in place of what ever it was meant to print, but i’m not getting that even.

heres the code, its very basic i’ve just put the barebones HTML and the SSI code.

    Thank you in advance :)

thanks chris, I do use PHP but i’ve found perl to be a much better language personally, this is my first time dabbling with CGI stuff though :)

and yeah i wasn’t using shtml thats one part the tutorial i read left out lol.

yes it did :) thanks mate :)
