    Does anybody familiar with oil slick or swirl paint technique?

    i’m thinkin’ is there a proper way to make that type of say background-color and then animate it 0_0

    I’d think a gradient would be the way to go as a starting point. You could be the first to create such a demo, I haven’t found anything relevant either. Funny thing is that the abbreviation “CSS” is apparently also quite common when it comes to oil drilling and spills.
