I am using Twitter Bootstrap v3.3.1 framework for the desiging and have used a JQuery slider on home page.
I want to overlay a search form like the one given in below link. I can do it with absolute positioning of form but then i am losing the responsiveness of that element. It overflows the screen and adds horizontal scrollbar when resizing the screen,
Can anyone please help me how to achieve responsive overlay of form on the slider using Twitter Bootstrap. Thanks. – Sumit

We can’t comment on code we haven’t seen.

A brief demo of your existing code would be required in Codepen.

I see you can make the form work without responsiveness but you haven’t said exactly what you want the form to do in the way of being responsive.

I want the slider and a transparent form on it like in this site

I know the form can be overlayed on slider using absolute positioning but then it loses the responsiveness.
Would like to do it in Twitter Bootstrap. please help. Thanks

Don’t show us an example site…show us what YOU have done so far.

An absolutely positioned div can still be responsive but it will depend on YOUR code.

Show us a reduced case in Codepen…it doesn’t have to be a full slider just a div and absolutely positioned form.
